14-day money-back guarantee. If MoviView PRO isn't right for you, we'll refund 100% of your first purchase within 14 days, no questions asked.

What's covered

First purchase of any plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime): full refund if you ask within 14 days of payment.
Subscription renewals: if you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded.

How to ask

Email support@moviview.pro with the email address you used to buy and your order number (it's on your Lemon Squeezy receipt and in your orders). We reply within 2 business days.

How you get your money back

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated and the extension goes back to the free plan, which you can keep using.

Cancelling isn't the same as a refund

If you just don't want your subscription to renew, cancel it from the customer portal (the link is also in your purchase email). PRO stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
