MoviView is a Google Chrome extension to view websites inside device frames (phone, tablet and desktop). It is made by Sebastián Mellado, Carrer de Quart 138, Valencia, Spain. By installing or buying MoviView you agree to these terms.

1. The product

MoviView has a free plan and a PRO plan. The free plan can be used with no time limit. MoviView PRO unlocks additional features (more models, more devices at once, video, Mockup, annotations, the page board and more) through a license key that is activated inside the extension.

2. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice or receipt, charges you and handles the sales taxes that apply in your country. When you pay you also accept the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms shown at checkout.
Plans: PRO Monthly (US$5 a month), PRO Yearly (US$39 a year) and PRO Lifetime (US$79, one-time payment). Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects a period you've already paid for.
If you buy from the extension, PRO turns on by itself in that Chrome a few seconds after you pay. Your license key is also emailed to you right after payment.

3. Subscriptions

The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (the link is also in your purchase email). When you cancel, PRO stays active until the end of the paid period and the license stops working after that.

4. License

Each PRO license is personal and can be active on up to 3 computers at a time. You can deactivate it on one computer to activate it on another.
You may not resell, publicly share or distribute license keys, or modify the extension to get around license checks.
The screenshots, videos and annotations you create with MoviView are yours.

5. Acceptable use

Use MoviView to view and test websites you're legitimately allowed to access. You are responsible for how you use screenshots and videos, including respecting the copyright and privacy of anyone who appears in them.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MoviView running well on the current version of Google Chrome, but some sites may behave differently inside the devices. We may improve, change or remove features; if we permanently remove a PRO feature while your subscription is active, you can ask for a prorated refund of the unused period.

7. Warranty and liability

MoviView is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MoviView PRO in the last 12 months. None of this limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
